Since 2016, IT Magnet has partnered with Onsite Rental Group to drive its digital transformation across mining and construction. We developed Onsite Connect, an integrated ERP and customer platform covering CRM, finance, inventory, bookings, asset management and reporting. Using Azure, Power BI, IoT, GPS and AI, the platform also provides major customers including BHP, Rio Tinto and FMG with real-time equipment, utilisation and operational insights.

Built for the Australian Public Service Commission and used across many Australian Government departments, this secure platform helps employees explore career pathways, understand the skills required for future roles and plan their development. AI-assisted features analyse CVs and profile information to suggest relevant skills, helping employees identify strengths, capability gaps and opportunities for mobility, training and career progression.

Beach Energy engaged IT Magnet to improve a complex and manual financial reporting process. Drawing on our experience and consultation with key stakeholders, we redesigned the workflow and used targeted AI-assisted data cleansing to correct inaccuracies and realign categories. The cleansed data was integrated into a data warehouse and prepared for Power BI, improving reporting accuracy, reducing manual effort and supporting faster, more confident decisions.

IT Magnet consulted legal centres in every state and territory, the Attorney General’s Department as primary funder, and government bodies across the sector, then advised on data standards, regulatory compliance and reporting requirements. Around 200 centres were running on spreadsheets and mismatched applications, so we architected, designed and built a single national system, migrated their data into a common standard, and continue to support it in day to day operation.
